Being a teacher is difficult - far more so than any layman can imagine - but one perk that helps one get through the challenges are the generous vacations that open up from time to time. This gallery is one of 5 made during Pam's 2017 Spring Vacation. We have nothing against flying, but we find it rewarding and educational to travel by car - offering us unique experiences and maximum flexibility. So when Will and Julie (Pam's son and daughter-in-law) recently transferred from Ft Bliss (Texas) to Ft Stewart (Georgia) Pam couldn't wait to welcome them and her granddaughter, Adalyn, to the east coast. To make things even more fun, it was Easter and we had a chance to participate in an Easter Egg hunt in their backyard. On Monday we took a tour of Ft Stewart and Savannah, went to one of Will's favorite fishing holes where we saw an alligator and played on a playground.
