We started the day at the Budget Hotel in Williams, AZ and had breakfast at a Greek Restaurant where we were entertained by the owner, Gregory, who schooled us on the superiority of everything Greek. We appreciated our server, Terri, who is a true sweet soul. After taking some pictures we were off to Verde Camp, AZ where we visited Montezuma Castle and viewed our first example of the intricate remains of the Sinagua, early Native American cliff dwellers. From there we went north to Flagstaff, AZ where we met, Dante, our server at the local Cracker Barrel. Dante was raised on the Navajo Reservation and was attending Flagstaff Community College where he is preparing to be a pastor/teacher. Tomorrow we plan to go to Meteor Crater and Petrified Forest National Park.
